Raggae Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy was in Kenya over the weekend and thrilled the audience to an amazing performance. The “Bawasaba” hit maker posted a video of one of his performances on his Instagram page. In an interview with a popular Kenyan TV channel, Citizen TV, he spoke about his musical career, which has seen him global platforms. According to the BhimNation President, he envisioned his career growing to an international level, therefore, he kept his focus to work towards it. Advising the youth, he said hard work pays and they shouldn’t expect to make it big at a young age without hardwork because it doesn’t make sense.

The artiste is billed to join Morgan Heritage for a mega show in the East African country.

According to the BET award-winning musician, the advent of social media has brought about a new wave in everything. But to him, if an individual knows himself and where he’s going with his/her life, there is no way what people do on social media will be of a challenge to them.
I am a youth myself, so I know the pressure that comes with making it at making it to the top at all cost. Sometimes you would want to have billions in your account by the age of 20 but you need to work hard and stay true to yourself. Don’t allow anyone force you into something you are not prepared for.” He stated.

Stonebwoy added that self-confidence and hard work are the important tools to climb up the ladder to success.

He also the opportunity to advise the youth to invest a lot of hard work into whatever they do in order to reap the benefits there is.
