Iconic basketball player, Kobe Bryant tragically lost his life on Sunday- January 26 after a helicopter transporting him to an NBA game crashed in Calabasas near LA, California, killing him, his daughter Gianna and two other passengers.

According to reports, the helicopter went up in a ball of fire after hitting the ground.

He is survived by his wife Vanessa and their three daughters, who are thought to have not been on board, except Gianna.

His shock death sparked an outpouring of grief from the basketball world.
