Abraham Attah Nominated For The 3rd Time At Critics’ Choice Movie Awards

Indeed Abraham Attah is a wondrous kid. Just few hours after the movie, in which he played the lead character in “Beasts of No Nation” was premiered officially for the first time at the West Hills Mall, he has earned another nomination for himself at the 21st edition of the Critics’ Choice Awards.

This comes as great news for the young actor and all Ghanaians. For those of you who couldn’t make it to the premiere, you should go watch the movie, which is still premiering, then you can understand why, we see this kid as an amazing actor.

He was nominated in the ‘Young Actor/Actress category and will compete against RJ Cyler, Shameil Moore, Milo Parker and Jacob Tremblay.

It would be recalled that, he won the Marcello MAstrioanni Award for Best Young Actor at Venice Film Festival this year. And that’s not just it, he has 2 other nominations, which are ‘Best Male Lead’ at the Spirit Awards 2015 and ‘Outstanding Actor In a Motion Picture’ at the 47th Annual National Association for the advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

The winners for the Critics Choice Awards will be announced on the 17th January and we just pray that he wins it for himself and for Ghana.
