Sam Geroge has squared off with NPP bigwig Gabby Otchere-Darko’s public opposition of the Anti-LGBTQ Bill and its passing.
Gabby in a recent social media post revealed his stance by stating that “I am against the anti-gay bill & not shy to say so. I am a proud Ghanaian who cherishes all that is good about our value systems, including tolerance. And, I will defend the right of minorities everywhere. I have the courage and a sense of justice to disagree with the majority.”

This has prompted the Ningo-Prampram MP who has been championing the passing of the Anti-LGBTQ Bill together with other like-minded MPs.
According to him, Gabby Otchere-Darko should be concerned about the poor governance being rendered by his cousin, President Akufo-Addo since the passing of the Anti-LGBTQ is a done deal that could never be reversed.
Is nepotism, cronyism and despotism part of our value systems? You can be against the Bill and that’s fine but so am I against the corruption and misrule of your Cousin. As for the Bill nu, we go pass am p33. Grab a drink and popcorn and watch something. Cheers.

Meanwhile, the Anti-LGBTQ Bill has already been tabled before parliament where deliberations will determine whether it will be passed or not.
