Who Was Antron Pippen?
Antron was born to his parents on 29 December 1987 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States. Just like his father, Antron had an interest in basketball. In 2006, he joined South Georgia Technical College as a basketball player. He was later transferred to Texas A&M International University in 2007 where he played very well as a basketball player.
Antron Pippen’s Cause of Death
Antron Pippen died at the age of 33 years on 18 April 2021. Though he had chronic asthma, his real cause of death is unknown. After his death, his father shared the following words on his social media account.
“I’m heartbroken to share that yesterday, I said goodbye to my firstborn son Antron. The two of us shared a love for basketball and we had countless conversations about the game.
“Antron suffered from chronic asthma and if he hadn’t had it, I truly believe he would’ve made it to the NBA.
“He never let that get him down, though Antron stayed positive and worked hard, and I am so proud of the man that he became,” Pipped shared. He concluded his post with “I love you, son, rest easy until we meet again”
