On March 8th, 1974, Ashten Regan was born in Glasgow, which is located in Scotland. Regan received her elementary education in Scotland before moving to England with her family. Previous to that, she lived in Scotland.
She spent her childhood in Biggar, which is situated in Cumbria, but subsequently moved to Devon so that she could attend a sixth-form college there.
Regan attended Keele University in England from 1992 until 1995, where he received a 2:2 Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.
