Benjamin Weekes was born in Strathfield, New South Wales, on September 20, 1984. He has two additional brothers in addition to his identical twin. Due to a blood clot that formed in his spine when he was thirteen years old, he is an incomplete paraplegic.

He has official instruction in both composition and piano, and he is both. He has performed at the Sydney Opera House, Angel Place, and BarMe Cabaret Bar, and his music has been recorded. He plays basketball and swimming, among other activities.
