Evangelist IK Aning in a quest to take the NDC on for copyright infringement called on Mahama and the NDC asking them to compensate him for adopting his beat and words in the making of the Mahama version of the song.

The party then used the Honda Accord car as a gift to compensate the singer for using his song for their delegates’ congress.

It was earlier reported that the party also gave him cash in addition to the car but refuted such claim stating that they gave him money but upon critical thinking, he thought the money would not help him in the long term, therefore, he requested for the car to help him in his ministry.
