Bridget Otoo Reinstated By Metro TV After Allegedly Being Sacked

Media Personality, Bridget Otoo was allegedly sacked 24 hours after being employed by Metro TV but has now been reinstated to kickstart work.

We earlier published a news report that the newscaster for TV3 who had been staying home for some months was employed by Television network, Metro TV to stir the affairs of their news coverage from 7 to 8 pm daily.

As fans were waiting to see her on their screens but were disappointed after information came in that he has allegedly been sacked by the station.

Some tweets were seen that her sack was a result of an instruction the television network management received from above that she should be sack for her constant criticism of the Akufo-Addo administration.

The first tweet came in stating, “Are you wondering why Bridget Otoo didn’t show up on #NewsNight at 7 pm, Akufo Addo/Bawumia/Npp government have instructed the owners of metro tv to sack her with immediate effect because she bashes them and a supporter of John Mahama.”

Another tweet also came in which reads, “This is actually TRUE! The government has asked Metro TV to sack Bridget. This Akufo-Addo government is a cancerous tumor on our democracy”

Well, a quick search on Twitter suggests that she has been reinstated and will be live this evening to anchor the news
