According to reports, Britney Spears and her ex Sam Asghari are splitting their five canines, including one that was purchased specifically for the star’s protection.
This follows the recent disclosure that Sam and Britney had separated after 14 months of blissful marriage.
The Toxic singer, 41, and her 39-year-old spouse, who is also the Princess of Pop, are claimed to have split up after having a “nuclear” argument about unfounded cheating rumors. Last week, the couple filed for divorce.
Sam and Britney have five canines total, but rumors have it that Britney will keep four of them as the two have come to an understanding on who will take care of each dog.
Sam was observed walking Porsha, the couple’s Doberman that he also bought for Britney’s defense two years ago, earlier this week.
It is said that Porsha came into their lives since Sam supported Sam during her ordeal with the conservatorship before she was set free in November 2021.
But according to earlier rumors, Britney won’t allow her ex to “seize custody” of the couple’s two dogs.
The singer reportedly worries that her ex-husband Sam Asghari would attempt to gain custody of their two dogs, despite her categorical refusal to give him the opportunity.
Sam will now only have full-time custody of Porsha following an agreement with Britney, according to TMZ.
In spite of the alleged agreement over their pets, it has been claimed that Britney Spears and her ex-husband Sam Asghari had “shut down communication” since they announced their separation after a year of marriage.
In response to the rumors, the Womanizer hitmaker, 41, ended her silence over the breakup and posted a video of herself dancing on Instagram with the caption: Everyone is aware that Hesam and I are no longer dating. I’m a little astonished because 6 years is a long time to stay with someone, yet… It’s really none of your business, therefore I won’t get into why!! But honestly, I was in too much pain to continue.
