“My Brother Didn’t Marry But Gave Birth To Six Kids With Different Women” – Brother of the Late Bra Kofi Reveals What Caused His Death

On the 29th day of June 2017, ghbase.com reported the sudden demise of actor Kofi Agyiri popularly known as Bra Kofi of Efiewura Series fame which is aired on TV3.

 

Bra Kofi, who’s in his middle 40s, played the role of a successful young man who had two women (Boatemaa and Yaa Baby) always fighting over him in the Efiewura series.

 

According to the late Bra Kofi’s biological brother (name withheld) in an interview with DJ Roar of Kessben FM show dubbed “Entertainment Cirkle” on June 30, 2017, revealed his brother was battling with kidney disorder.

 

“The kidney problem was detected May 14, 2016 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. Therefore, taking dialysis was recommended to reverse the defect. He was getting better after being put on the dialysis for sometime twice every week. With time, we’ll thought all is well with our brother (Bra Kofi) until Wednesday (June 28, 2017) when he told close family members he’s going for checkup. Sadly, he became unconscious while on the machine and all attempt by the doctors to bring him back to life at the time proved futile on Thursday” the brother of the late Kofi Agyiri told DJ Roar.

 

Nonetheless prior to his demise, Kofi didn’t show any sign of uneasiness as he was in the process of editing the current series of Efiewura which was recently shot.

Tackling on the late Bra Kofi’s love life, he revealed his brother had a strong believe in the African family system. Thus, giving birth to fill and till the land was his hallmark in accordance to the Christian Holy Scripture.

 

Surprisingly, my brother never married! He gave birth to six (6) kids with different women accordingly. More importantly, the late Kofi did his possible best to take good care of the kids as well as his baby mama’s. It’ll interest you to know that his ‘womanising’ character as exhibited in Efriewura Series is a fair representation of his real human behavior” he revealed.

 

It worth knowing that July 14, 2017 is slated for the late Bra Kofi’s one week celebration. He joins a number of actors in that series who have died in the recent past. The likes of Agya Afari (Katawere) and Mc Flava Pounds not too long ago joined their maker.
