Chilling moment Ghanaian woman narrowly escaped shooting in a US mall [Video]

On Saturday, June 18, gunshots were reported inside the Tysons Corner Center mall in Virginia, sending customers fleeing for cover.

According to The Washington Post, Fairfax Police who responded to the mall stated that there was no active shooter.

They stated that a brawl broke out and that one individual shot a pistol, causing fear throughout the mall.

In the middle of all of this, it has been revealed that a Ghanaian woman was also involved in the shooting.

In a popular video, the lady can be heard screaming as she dashes into the subterranean parking lot with several others seeking safety.

“Everyone is on the run. I hadn’t even finished eating when I realized I hadn’t paid for anything. “America may no longer be secure,” she is heard saying while capturing the chaotic scene amid police reinforcement.

It is unknown who she is, but the video has gone viral, eliciting a wide range of emotions from Ghanaians concerned about the safety of their countrymen in the United States.

Meanwhile, police said three individuals were brought to local hospitals with injuries sustained while running, but no one was hit by gunfire.

In addition, while no arrests were made immediately, authorities said detectives are evaluating cameras from hundreds of various viewpoints and speaking with several witnesses.
