A woman based in Scotland with the name, Nikki Patterson has defined the pure definition of a Stan.
This woman doesn’t like Eminem but loves the Hip-hop artist has 28 tattoos dedicated to Marshall Mathers and it takes her obsessive fandom to another level.
Nikki Patterson became an Eminem superfan when she was 14 after attending one of his shows. Since that first concert, she has watched Eminem perform live 7 times.
She now holds the Guinness World Records plaque for having the most portraits of the same musician on her body. The 35-year-old superfan set the world record by getting 16 tattoos of Eminem’s face on her skin. She has a total of 52 tattoos, 28 of which are dedicated to Slim Shady, according to BBC.
“I heard Stan when I was 14 and had never heard anything like that before,” Patterson said. “It blew me away.”
“He’s been the one constant in my life,” said Patterson, who is from the British town of Aberdeen, a port city in northeast Scotland.
The female Stan said she got her first tattoo, a “random” sun with a smiley face when she was 18-years-old. At age 19, she got her first Eminem tattoo.
“The portraits began three years ago, and I loved everything about them. I adored them and had to get more,” she told the BBC. “He’s been the one constant in my life, and I have seen him perform live.”
Patterson’s Slim Shady tattoos are on her arms, legs, chest, and fingers. Besides portraits of Eminem, Patterson also has Eminem’s album titles inked on her body, including The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP, The Eminem Show, Encore, Relapse, Recovery, The Marshall Mathers LP2, Revival, and Kamikaze. Patterson’s favourite Eminem verse, which is from ‘Till I Collapse, tatted on her skin.
Patterson goes by the appropriate name of “Crazy Eminem Lady” on Instagram where she shares photos and videos of her ink dedicated to Slim Shady.
