Coryxkenshin Biography

Cory Williams was born on 9 November 1992 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Anthony K. Williams Jr (father) and Stephanie Williams (mother). He enrolled at the University of Michigan but later dropped out to pursue a career in YouTube. Williams has a brother called Anthony, a sister named Aleya and a pet dog named Samson the Savage.

CoryxKenshin started his YouTube career in 2009. His very first video was uploaded on 25 May 2009 where he talked about girls, dating and a movie called “Hitch”. Along the line, he took a break from YouTube in 2011 and returned 2 years later in April 2013.

When Cory returned from his long break, he switched to gaming. His first game was Super Punch Out‘, a 1994 sports game. On 6 July 2007, he started a new video series dubbed Try Not To Laugh Challenge… TEARS FAM… TEARS; is one of his most popular videos. He has so far made over 13 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.
