DKB Rescinds His Decision To Quit Comedy, Says It Was All A Prank

Ghanaian Comedian and actor, Derrick Kobina Bonney otherwise known as DKB yesterday announced his decision to quit comedy after lamenting that he couldn’t stand the criticisms he was getting from the public.

DKB posted on Twitter that he was quitting Comedy because his mental health was more important and he didn’t want to go into depression with the constant negative criticisms he was getting from Ghanaians.

Well, in a latest development, it turns out it was all a big lie! In a post on his Instagram page today, DKB stated that he wasn’t quitting his career as a comedian instead his post was just a prank for attention.

According to him, he wanted to expose his enemies who have been against his career and always referred to him as a comedian with dry jokes.

He went ahead to post the caption of a blog that said Ghanaians were no longer going to listen to his dry jokes. It is clear celebrities will do anything just to gain attention especially when they are losing grounds.
