Aiden Fucci, a high school student from the United States, is being held while a legal investigation is conducted into allegations that he killed a cheerleader who was 13 years old.
Fucci, a 2007-born man, is accused of killing Tristyn Bailey, a classmate of his. He is being tried as an adult despite being charged with first-degree murder.
Fucci reportedly stabbed Tristyn Bailey 114 times in the woods near his house, killing her instantly. This happened because Tristyn’s family had reported her missing before to Mother’s Day.
