If you are a subscriber to DSTV Ghana, you may have received a message today announcing to you upward adjustments in subscription fees.

The message reads: Please be advised of a subscription price adjustment effective 1 April: Access GHC48, Family GHS85, Compact GHS160, Compact Plus GHS225 and Premium GHS365 pm.

On the back of this announcement, Ghanaians have taken to social media to cry foul and express rage over the increase in subscription fees by DSTV.

Many are suggesting that aside from sports, DSTV Ghana does not offer compelling and exciting contents to its subscribers thus an increase in subscription fees is utterly unacceptable.

Actually, the price increment has affected Nigeria subscribers as well. They, now, have to pay more to watch their favourite programs. Many believe DSTV is increasing its prices ahead of the new season of the widely watched Big Brother Nigeria Reality Show.
