Well, that’s not bad at all because it has an objective. It’s one of the many fun of life. The AFRICAN HAIR AWARDS is a prestigious Naward ceremony organized in South Africa during the International Hair Extravaganza on the 12 September 2014. The African Hair Awards, are intended to acknowledge the contribution and work done by the Ethnic Hair Industry alongside the AIHE. The first and second annual Hair Awards were voted for by the public, stylists & salons across the African Continent. Alongside recognising the contributions and work done by
the Ethnic Hair Industry, there is also competitions for professional and up and coming hairstylists in the Battle of Stylist contest.
And from Ghana our very own “Wengeze” hitmaker Mildred Ashong known in showbiz as Eazzy has been nominated for People’s Choice Best Styled Female Celebrity. Other categories being voted for are People’s choice Best celebrity stylist, people’s choice best relaxer, Most Accessible Brand and others.
