It’s still hard to come to terms with the fact that, Ebony Reigns, is gone for good. It’s hard to even express how we are feeling but we at www.ghbase.com are truly saddened by her unfortunate death–She was indeed one of our favorite celebrities to blog on. Even if Ebony sneezes and you write about it, it was NEWS and every blogger would admit this.
Today, her one-week celebration was held at the St. Martin DePoress School inside Dansoman and thousands of Ghanaians gathered there to pay respect to her after passing away a week and some 3 days ago in a gory accident that claimed her life and two others who were in the car with her.
Ebony was a Candle in the Wind and it hurts so much that, she had to die that way, considering the fact that she was soo young and her life as a superstar had just begun. She died at age 20 and turned 21 on February 16th.
In all of this, we believe that she’s resting in the bosom of the Lord as the revered man of God, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh revealed that he led her to say the sinner’s prayer and Ebony accepted Christ 72 hours before her death.
She was young but achieved a lot in a short span and was criticised heavily by Ghanaians for her choice of dressing, but today at her 1 week celebration, lots of Ghanaians proved that indeed they loved her and that’s all that matters.
We share with you some of the photos from the grounds. Several celebrities were at the grounds to pay respect to her. We earlier published that she would be buried on the 17th March, 2018 and also a foundation will be created in her name.
