They tied the knot in 2002 while the divorce settlement took place on 5th June 2006.

This was after his now ex-wife returned to the United States after her 18 months deployment to Iraq.

Tulsi Gabbard went by Tulsi Gabbard Tamayo while she was married and for a few years after they divorced.
