The Good News according to Psalm 1:1 shuns followers of Jesus Christ or otherwise Christians from mingling themselves with unbelievers.
It reads, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful”.
But in the rightful thinking of Gospel musician Brother Sammy, the above-mentioned quotation from the Bible is indirectly null and void. This is because Brother Sammy in a latest interview has challenged his colleagues to start performing in clubs, funerals, etc.
According to Bro Sammy, those in the church doesn’t necessarily need salvation message as compared to the audience in night clubs because the word of God is far from their reach, consistently.
Bro Sammy explained that those in the church have been told severally about the good news reason his colleague gospel artistes should focus less on them comparably to the lost souls in night clubs.
Speaking to DJ Roar of Kessben 93.3fm, Bro Sammy described contemporary Christians as hypocrites for their unwillingness to mingle themselves with those they perceive as sinners.
To buttress his point, he cited the Good News as contained in Mark 16:15 which reads, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
