Fan begs singer Joeboy for money to start yahoo yahoo

A young man defied all odds by sneaking into Joeboy’s direct message and asking for money to start an illegal business.

On his Twitter feed, the Afropop musician, whose real name is Joseph Akinwale, recently revealed some of the strange messages he gets from followers.

Two of the four direct messages he posted were about money, and the other two were about sex. The message that caught Joeboy’s attention the most, though, was from Yahoo Boy, who requested N500,000 from him in order to launch a cyberfraud company. The person begged for the money so that they could buy a laptop and start the scam.

“Boss abeg empawa me with 500k. I wan buy laptop do yahoo. Abeg reason me,” the message read.

Sharing the snapshots, Joeboy wrote, “Only God Can Save Me 🤦🏽‍♂️”

In January 2021, Joeboy announced his debut album, Somewhere Between Beauty & Magic, which was released in February 2021 to moderate commercial success.
