Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola has reportedly spent 3 million pounds (approximately N2.2 billion) to rent Aristotle Onassis’ Christina O super luxury yacht ahead of his 60th birthday.
This Friday, November 4th, is the savvy businessman’s 60th birthday, and he, therefore, chartered the mega boat to have a grand celebration.
The mega yacht is owned by the late Greek shipping tycoon Aristotle Onassis, who was once regarded as the richest man in the world and was one of Femi Otedola’s childhood heroes.
The boat will cruise the Mediterranean Sea for three weeks. Meanwhile, Mr Eazi, Otedola, and his family were captured on camera boarding the yacht.
Femi Otedola is a Nigerian businessman, philanthropist, and former chairman of Forte Oil PLC, an importer of fuel products.
Otedola is the founder of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd, and the owner of a number of other businesses across shipping, real estate and finance. He has recently invested in power generation as part of the liberalisation of the sector in Nigeria.
