Fentuo Tahiru quits Citi FM & TV after 5 years

Fentuo Tahiru Fentuo, a sports journalist, has resigned from his positions at Citi FM and TV.

After working there for the last five years, he has decided to step down from his position at the media business situated in Accra.

Announcing his decision on social media, Fentuo Tahairu Fentuo reflected on the lessons he’d learned and the opportunities he’d been given throughout his time at the station.

I’ll like to say thank you to @Citi973/@CitiTVGH for the amazing last 5 years. It’s been a wonderful place to learn and grow and I’m grateful for all the opportunities the platform afforded me. It’s been an honour and a privilege. Thank you so so much.

One of the primary sports journalists at the station, Fentuo Tahiru Fentuo helped make Citi FM’s Friday Sports program, the Sports Panorama, the most popular sports show in the city.

Members of his team were Natha Quao, Kwadwo Nketsiah, Christopher Nimley, and Daniel Koranteng.

Five years ago, Fnetuo Tahiru Fentuo moved from Ultimate FM in Kumasi to Citi FM and TV, where he has since established himself as one of the country’s preeminent reporters on athletics and Formula One.
