Fire guts over 200 wooden structures at Adjiringanor

Information coming in says that fire destroyed over 200 wooden structures at Adjiringanor, a suburb at East Legon, Accra on Friday night.

The Ghana National fire service took to its Facebook page to share a series of videos and pictures of the burning structures from the location.

According to the report from the Ghana Fire service, the fire started at Adjiringano (East Legon 34 Boundary road), 4 appliances from Legon, headquarters, Madina, and Adenta fire stations.

“Raging fire at Adrriganor ..4 Appliances from Legon, Headquarters, Madina and Adenta fire Stations currently battling to put the situation under control…fire has been contained

“No Casualty recorded and over 150 structures close to the scene of the fire salvaged due to the bravery of our men but Unfortunately, over 200 Wooden structures totally burnt,” the Facebook post said.
