Shatta Wale was in the news again for slapping his bodyguard at the 2017 S Concert for failing to prevent fans from climbing the stage. Since the story was published on Ghbase.com and several other blogs as well, people have shared mixed sentiments on the story.
While most people even some loyal SM fans have said what he did was wrong and he needed to apologise, Shatta Wale feels he did nothing wrong and has said in a Facebook post that, slapping was part of the SM code–Read it here.
Well, Jon Benjamin, the UK’s former high commissioner to Ghana who loves to share his opinions on topical issues in the country has advised Shatta Wale in a tweet not to try that if he comes to London.

Yes, I doubt the dancehall king would try that in the UK, he could be charged with physical assault.
