Some car dealers humiliated a Ghanaian man for failing to purchase a car he had previously expressed interest in.
According to the dealers, they’ve been watching the guy for a while and decided to treat him this way to deter him and others from engaging in such behaviour.
They explained that the guy goes online and when he sees a nice car, he expresses interest in it and arranges a meeting at a venue with them.
When they meet, he requests to test drive the car to see if it’s worth buying at their asking price, but after testing the car, he only returns to tell them that he will get back to them.
And this has been his pattern for some time.
In a viral video, the guy admitted that he didn’t have the money to buy the car, but he did ride in it, take videos of himself, and post them for everyone to see.
In his words, it was packaging designed to deceive people.
One of the people in the video mentioned that with the most recent one, he took the car out for testing for over three hours and returned to give them the same explanation, but this time they were going to charge him for time-wasting.
