Shatta Wale has alleged that some of his colleagues in the music industry have agreed to a cheap deal with the Nigerian owned telecommunication company, GLO.
Shatta Wale noted that such artiste as signed for chicken change but unfortunately they’re happy about the deal; something which should not have been the case.
The “Gringo” crooner could not understand why some of his colleagues are still buried in the past and continue to have poverty stricken mentality when he has come to change the game.
The controversial Dancehall artiste who’s signed on to Zylofon Music shared his sentiment via social media specifically Facebook that,
“Ghana artiste you make this Kayode guy from GLO come give you chicken change and you happy ..we will be poor forever ..Another Glo disgrace …it’s a shame when shatta deh change dis game of poverty to riches and boys still think poverty .. I love Zylofon Records …”.
As a reminder, ace musician Gyedu Blay Ambolley in an interview with Mercury Quaye on Hitz FM’s ‘Urban Hits’ in the year 2015 revealed that he has regretted signing a deal with telecommunication giant GLO as an ambassador. According to Ambolley, the telecommunication did not honour its part of the deal it stipulated in the contract he signed.
