We live in a country where everything is refracted on the plain mirror of politics.
The hardship Ghanaians are going through is just unbearable yet because of politics, people’s opinions are being suppressed and labeled with all sort of names.
Last week it was communication minister, Ursula Owusu who labeled those saying the the country is ‘hard’ under the NPP witches.
Today, it’s the turn of Ken Ofori Attah, the minister of Finance who lashed out critics of the government, especially those who complain of hardship.
Speaking on Accra based Peace FM, the minister said President Akufo-Addo has done so well for Ghana so far and that “anyone who will complain of hardship is ungrateful to God.”
“If we look back from where we are coming from and where we are now, then I must say things are better now,” he told host Kwami Sefa Kayi.
He said the state of the economy is “much much better” than in January 2017, when President Akufo-Addo ascended the throne.
He explained that utilities have been reduced under President Akufo-Addo, and Ghanaians ought to appreciate the benefit at stake.
