Nene Kabutey Dosoo is a Ghanaian journalist who believes the hardship Ghanaians are going through under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo deserves awards at the end of it all.
According to him, each and every Ghanaian who is able to stand firm, and go through Akufo-Addo’s 8 years in power should surely be given a certificate of survival.
This somewhat controversial assertion from the man who is affectionately called “Kokonte Wura” comes in the wake of social media agitations nicely and purposefully hinged on the hashtag [#FixTheCountry], where Ghanaians are calling for good governance.
In a Facebook post, Nene has articulated without any equivocation that, looking at the state of affairs of Ghana, it will certainly take a leap of faith for any Ghanaian residing in the country to survive until the final term of President Akufo-Addo draws to a “calamitous” end.
With unfavourable economic conditions coupled with excess borrowing, the situation of every Ghanaian has been exacerbated thus living in Ghana and surviving it all will certainly be a laudable feat.
