Ghanaians Don’t Assess Me Based On My Music – Kumi Guitar Laments

Arguably the most improved Zylofon Music signed act, Kumi Guitar has expressed worry about the fact that music consumers in Ghana don’t pay critical attention to his works.

According to Kumi, failure of the music consumers to criticize constructively his works is not helping him improve as an artiste. For he noted that when one is criticised constructively, improvement is bound to happen.

“It’s unfortunate that music consumers don’t asses me based on my music but they pay attention to my looks and it’s not the best. You’ve got to criticize me constructively based on my works comparably to my personality”, Kumi Guitar disclosed this to Andy Dosty

The “Betweener” hitmaker also revealed that he was warned by Zylofon Media for releasing “Gyae” which was meant to slam Stonebwoy in the middle of this year.

“Gyae” wasn’t released on the ticket of Zylofon Media. They called me and expressed the consequences that I may suffer for repeating such an act. I was pardoned because it was devoid of insults”.
