One of Ghana’s hottest rapper Kwame Nsia Apau, known in showbiz circles as Okyeame Kwame, has condemned those who mocked Emelia Brobbey following the release of her single “Fa me kor”.
Also known as the “Rap Doctor” Okyeame Kwame in a recent interview with Graphic Showbiz it was wrong for people to hide behind their phones to rain insults on Emelia Brobbey after she released her song. He also added that, if people didn’t like the song, rather than sit on social media and insult her they should not download it to listen to it.
“If you do not like what the person is putting out do not insult him or her, it is wrong for anyone to hide behind a phone and insult the lady. It is cyber bullying and should not be accepted. I mean it is simple if you do not like what the person has brought out just do not download it, don’t listen, don’t buy it, it is as simple as that.
“To all those who do that, we may not see you but remember God has seen you, it is not a good thing to do,” he stated.
Okyeame Kwame further disclosed his plans of doing a remix of the song with Emelia Brobbey because he loved it.
“It is a nice song and I love it; you know it is not usual for an actress to do such a song so I commend her for that. I have listened to it and if Emelia should call me to say I need you on that song, I will gladly jump on it. I love Highlife and I love Emelia as well, she has been a very good friend of mine for a long time. That song is great,” Okyeame Kwame added.
After the release of her song, the likes of Afia Schwarzenegger amongst others joined the bandwagon of those who mocked her.
Emelia Brobbey is currently working on a new song with Rufftown records signee, Wendy Shay. We hope they come out with something amazing.
