Heaven Will Be Full of Surprises – Kontihene

In the Ghanaian religious context, going to Heaven is the ultimate desire of the religious people especially the followers of Christ or better still Christians. As such, most people have been told that you need to be born again in order to enter into God’s kingdom – Heaven.

In contrast, Nana Appiah Boateng better known in showbiz as Kontihene has revealed that there will be a lot of surprises in Heaven to the so called Christians. The very people Christians think they can’t make it to Heaven will be the first to the enter to the amazement of their pastors.

In an interview with DJ Roar of Kumasi based Kessben 93.3FM/Entertainment Cirkle fame, Kontihene stated without fear that he will never pay tithe at Church to enrich the pastor who can’t help him when in need. Therefore, he rarely attends church although he’s morally and religiously pious.

“A pastor shouldn’t be someone who’s only interested in offertory and tithing. Some people aren’t punctual church goers but their deeds are better off than the so called pastors. More importantly, it’ll surprise the Christians that the so called sinners like ‘Kontihene’ will be first in Heaven during the judgment day”, he quizzed.

The ‘sakoaba‘ and ‘asesa‘ hit maker, Kontihene, advised that Ghanaians should be more vigilant because their Pastors can’t help them if they venture into trouble. Hence, they shouldn’t flood all their resources in the enclosed building called church.
