Spanish-born Hiba Abouk, who is of Tunisian and Libyan descent, has become a television phenomenon thanks to her impressive acting chops and magnetic personality. Her blood is fiery with flamenco, and she followed her initial interest in Arabic philology with a study of drama at RESAD. In 2010, on Cuatro’s La isla de los nominados, she made her acting debut, and it was clear that she loved the craft.
