Whatever the case seems to be, the evergreen Dancehall artiste had an awkward moment when he was prevented from touching the hands of the president, Nana Akufo Addo in an attempt to lift it up and endorse him during the party’s final rally.

That’s the scene recorded at Ga Mashie in the Greater Accra Region, precisely the Odododiodio constituency. As the mammoth crowd chanted and waited for the president, Nana Akufo Addo finally made his way up to the podium, accompanied by his bodyguard, and top party functionaries.

Samini was also there with him and we just don’t know if Samini had no idea what protocol is or lacks basic knowledge about politics.

While the President was acknowledging the cheers, Samini enthusiastically tried to lift up his hand as if to say, ‘this is the man you have to vote for’ but Nana Akufo Addo’s bodyguard swiftly prevented that and subtly shoved Samini off.
