How Did Jeffrey Dahmer Die, Know More About The Serial Killer

Jeffrey Dahmer was born in West Allis, Wisconsin on 21st May, 1960. His father was called Lionel Herbert Dahmer was a chemistry student at Marquette University and his mother, Joyce Annette was also a teletype machine instructor. His parents didn’t have a happy married life as most people had. That vividly had a strong effect on Jeffrey Dahmer’s growing up.

At a younger age, Jeffrey Dahmer was so into animals. He captured butterflies and other insects which he kept in a jar. Day in and out, he developed a keen interest in animal anatomy. While growing up, Jeffrey Dahmer saw his father tidy up the family home of animal bones. This made him gain interest in that activity too. He had a nice attraction for the sound of bones.

Jeffrey Dahmer and his family relocated to Doylestown, Ohio in the year, 1966 and to Bath, Ohio in 1968.

 

How Did Jeffrey Dahmer Die?

On 28th November, 1994, as usual, Jeffery Dahmer was carrying out his cleaning duty in the prison’s gym. He was on that duty with two other inmates. Their names were Christopher Scarver and Jesse Anderson. The three inmates were left alone for close to 20 minutes.

Later, the guards who came around checking over, found Dahmer and Anderson’s bodies on the ground who have been beaten by the other inmate Christopher Scarver. An hour after the tragic incident, Jeffery Dahmer was pronounced dead at the age of 34. His other inmate, Jesse Anderson alto host his life as a esult of that incident.

At court, Anderson raised an alarming question as to whether the security personnel at the prison left them alone for those minutes on purpose.

 

A Serial Killer

Jeffery Dahmer continues to remain one of the most ruthless serial killers the world has ever seen. He is among those serial killers who keep some of their victims’ body parts.

Jeffery Dahmer, in 1991, admitted to saying about seventeen (17) people between 1978 to the time of his arrest in 1991. His terrible and inhumane acts involve dismembering his victims, sex with dead bodies and cannibalizing parts of his victim’s bodies.

In 1994, he told Dateline that he murder his victims because he wanted to keep part of them with him. He said,

“keep them with me as long as possible, even if it meant just keeping a part of them.”

Jeffery Dahmer was given 16 continuous life sentences, over 900 years in prison. He was to die and rot in prison.
