Daniel McKorley (McDan), a wealthy businessman from Ghana, says that the country’s young people sleep too much and miss out on opportunities because of it.

The CEO of the McDan Group of Companies says that today’s young people do not work hard and do not take advantage of opportunities.

McDan, one of Ghana’s most successful businesspeople, said on Joy News that young people would succeed if they dealt with their constant need to sleep, took risks, and pushed themselves further.

McDan said that, in general, young people are lazy and careless because they want to take the easy way out.

“The youth of this day sleep too much.” They have been tested with kids’ gloves. There are so many opportunities out there, but they need to push themselves. Manna does not fall from heaven. “The system has too much money, but the youth are confused and lazy.” McDan.

Reacting to McDan’s assertion, journalist Appiah Kubi of Angel Fm has blasted the business magnate for making that unsubstantiated and derogatory comments about the Ghanaian youth.

According to the firebrand journalist McDan should account to Ghanaians the number of youths he has employed upon all his braggadocio comments in the media for him to go from one media house to another tarnishing the integrity of the youth.
