The Vietnam War was fought between North Vietnam and South Vietnam with the location being Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia from 1 November 1955 to 30 April 1975. The deadly Vietnam war led to the death of over 2,000,000 civilians on both sides. Also, 1,100,000 North Vietnamese and Viet Cong fighters died in the conflict. The United States also lost about 200,000 soldiers while about 250,000 South Vietnamese soldiers died.
