I always knew Shatta Wale would rule Ghana’s music industry – KK Fosu [Video]

Ghanaian highlife artiste, KK Fosu has revealed that he had faith in Shatta Wale way back before his comeback that took the music industry by storm.

The Highlife artist whose dominance in the music industry has dwindled over the years in an interview with Abieku Santana posited that Shatta Wale’s resilience and contribution to the Ghana music industry have been immense.

KK Fosu who in a previous interview had made it known that he had a portrait of Shatta Wale in his bathroom heaped praises on Shatta Wale during an interview with Abeiku Santana.

According to KK Fosu, he started his music career with Shatta Wale and the two used to perform on the same stage but the latter after realizing his lack of support and fanbase stepped back for over ten years and came back stronger.

Shatta Wale’s comeback in the music industry in 2013 was a massive one that caused a shake-up in the dancehall community where Samini and Stonebowy were ruling.

His back-to-back release of hit songs was accompanied by controversies and beef among his fellow dancehall musicians.

KK also said that he always believed that a time is coming that Shatta Wale will rule the Ghanaian music industry and that actually manifested given the records Shatta Wale has set in the country.
