Before September 8, 2019, Ghanaian Boxer Bukom Banku has never in his life traveled outside the shores of the country to engage himself in a competitive bout.
But someway somehow, the favor of the Ultimate Reality located him and on Sunday, September 8, 2019, Bukom Banku won his first bout outside Ghana. He triumphed over Ferenc Albert of Hungary in his first professional fight.
Braimah Kamoko as he’s known in real life stopped his Hungarian opponent in the 3rd round of their bout which took place at St. George Hall in Bradford.
The historic fight was put together by Monarch Events and Promotions. A day after the match, Banku has taken to his Facebook wall to thank all Ghanaians for their support.
