‘I Can Go Back To Nigeria To Get Juju’ – Nigerian-Born New Zealand Fighter Says After He Was Beaten For The First Time

Nigerian-born New Zealand fighter, Israel Adesanya has admitted he has to rely on juju to get his groove back after suffering his first loss in his professional career.

Israel lost in the UFC to Blachowicz in their light heavyweight championship contest. The fight went the distance and all three judges’ scored the fight in favour of the Polish Power which the Style Bender admitted that he lost to the better man.

After the match, he was interviewed on how he intends to bounce back after his huge disappointment and the mixed-martial fighter quickly responded: “I gotta go to find someone in the woods who is hanging and get their rope or something, or do some crazy juju.

“I’m Nigerian so you know I can go back home and get some juju as well.”
