Comedian Clemento Suarez has branded standup comedians DKB and OB Amponsah as better comedians than himself.
According to Clemento who spoke in an interview with TV3’s Giovanni Caleb, though many people are describing him as a new sensation, he will not be pampered since his self-assessment proves otherwise.

Other comedians he mentioned as better than him include Kumawood actors Kwaku Manu and Kwadwo Nkansah (Lilwin), as well as Foster Romanus.
“I assess myself as well, I know there are better comedians than myself. Lilwin, Kwaku Manu, even Yaw Dabo and then Foster Romanus and even the standup comedy, DKB, Lekzy, they are great comics and I know there is more to be done and so I don’t let this new sensation get to me,” he indicated.
According to Clemento who used to act stage plays in the University, he ventured into comedy instead of movies because of the demand for comedy in the Ghanaian entertainment industry
Though Clemento Suarez started his comedy career in 2011, his career received a boost when he featured in the courtroom satirical TV series, Kejetia vs Makola in 2017.
