Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has shown a shade at rapper Sarkodie describing him indirectly as an artiste who rides on hype to be relevant.
The BHIM Nation president has touted himself as a solo artiste who has worked himself to the top without the support of anyone.
In a video he shared on Instagram, Stonebwoy said he is pissed by artistes who ride on hype to be relevant. According to him, the hype is never worth the work and that really gets on his nerves.
Ahead of Sarkodie’s “No Pressure” album release, many artistes have thrown their weights behind the rapper and wished him well. The likes of Shatta Wale, Medikal have shared his artwork on social media to promote the album.
On the other hand, Stonebwoy has not shown any support yet but has thrown indirect missiles at Sarkodie describing him as an artiste whose barks are more than his bites…in a nutshell, Sarkodie’s relevance is based on mere hype and not the substance of the tunes he churns out.
Many people believe the ‘No Pressure” album will be a flop and the video below is a precursor to what may come.
