Controversial Ghanaian legislator, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has reminisced how his love for Former President Mahama blossomed like a flower in the winter when he was in parliament.
According to the Assin Central MP, Mahama’s gentle demeanour, communication prowess and distinctive personality won his heart.
“I fell in love with Mahama in Parliament; he was very gentle and spoke very well,” he stated while reacting to his recent comments on the campaign trail.
However, the love Kennedy Agyapong had for Mahama was a nine-day wonder after, according to him, the NDC flagbearer made fun of an MP from the Ashanti Region because his English wasn’t the best.
“When Mahama decided to mock former MP for Nsuta-Kwamang Beposo, Kwame Osei Prempeh, I lost the love I have for him,” he stated.
He went on to state that the endearing personality of John Dramani Mahama has waned because of his utterances and relentless desire to win power.
