Ghanaian UK-based Jazz musician, Stephanie Benson has disclosed how she started teaching her kids about her intimacy when they were only 8 years old.
According to the mother of five, teaching her kids about sex at an early age made it easier for them to come to her for advice when they were ready to do it.
” My first daughter came to me when she was ready to have sex. She came to ask about contraceptives and how they should be taken. My second daughter waited till the age of 26 before having sex. I love my kids, and we don’t hide anything from each other…..it has strengthened our relationship and opened doors for them to discuss whatever they are facing with me. “
Despite being 52, Stephanie who is very fit revealed how she can do what 20-year-olds are doing. She is very health conscious and perhaps it’s why she still looks young despite her age.
