According to the Koko hitmaker, most Ghanaians often have trouble understanding his depth, meaning if he doesn’t alter his style, he could be left far behind.

E.L made this known in exclusive interview with MzGee of Joy News.

He said:

“I feel myself most of the time having to damp it down and that’s not a bad thing because you have to consider what you want to achieve in terms of making music and expressing yourself to a wider audience and you have to think about how the wider audience can understand.”

“Most of the time, I am like ‘if I say it this way, them no go ‘barb’ [they won’t understand]’. I could go as deep as anybody.”
