I wanted to feature Hollywood star Kevin Hart in my film but the money he asked scared me- Ghanian filmmaker, Famous

The Chief Executive Officer of Famous Multimedia, Benjamin Famous has revealed that he had wanted to make history in Ghana by recruiting American superstar Kevin Hart on his recent project but his charging fee got him running for cover.

Famous is gearing up for a new movie dubbed Zongo Boys and in his words, he tried to enter into a different realm with filmmaking in Ghana by getting the comedian and actor from America on board.

Famous revealed in an interview with Zionfelix that he traveled to the United States of America to hold discussions with Hart but they could not reach an agreement over the exorbitant fee he demanded.

Left with no choice, he settled on Nigerian legend Jim Iyke to play the same role. He explained himself in the video below;

Kevin Darnell Hart is an African-American comedian and actor who is known for his roles in the Jumanji sequels, Undeclared, Scary Movie 3, Think Like a Man, Ride Along, The Secret Life of Pets, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, Central Intelligence and Hobbs & Shaw.

He has 4 children from two marriages (Imdb).
