I Was Betrayed by Asiedu Nketia – Koku Anyidoho

Former deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Samuel Koku Anyidoho has shed more light onto his haggard relationship with the General Secretary of the party, Johnson Asiedu Nketia.

Addressing a post that had an unidentifiable man and late President Jerry John Rawlings with the caption: “Rawlings discovers Asiedu Nketia at Seikwa 1985”, he offered insight onto the issue.

“Pls; this is not Asiedu Nketiah: I continue to respect him as my former boss but he is the one who betrayed me: and God SHALL punish him,” he lamented.

He said although Asiedu Nketia had betrayed him, he still has a great amount of respect for the General Secretary. He however said he would leave everything to God to deal with Asiedu Nketia.

Things got tense between the two men when Koku Anyidoho decided to run for the General Secretary post.

While Anyidoho sees Asiedu Nketia as a betrayer, the General Secretary calls him his son as he described Koku Anyidoho in a interview with Joy News as a ‘son who showed ambition’.
