Beautiful Ghanaian actress and movie producer Nadia Buari has denied reports that she put her career on hold when she was pregnant.
According to the mother of four, she was still shooting movie roles while she was five months pregnant and her body hid it perfectly that her colleagues didn’t notice.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Ama Mcbrown on the United Showbiz show on UTV, Nadia made it emphatically clear that she was working all this while and didn’t quit or pause acting.
“People think I stopped acting to be a mother but that is false! I was going on set to work even in my fifth month but I was lucky because I have a body which didn’t allow my stomach to show much.” She stated.
“I acted in over 10 movies during my pregnancies and I have produced 2 movies from my production house” she added.
Speaking on challenges the movie Industry was facing, Nadia called on Government and industry players to regulate the amount of money cinema houses charge before showing their movies.
Nadia explained that sometimes their prices are rediculous because they as movie Producers put in a lot of money to make the movie great but the prices these cinema managers charge is too much.
She also advised the youth to be prayerful and patient if they want to make it in life.
