I went to look for girls not to fight for Ghanaians – Pappy Kojo on why he joined JulorbiHouse protest

Failed Ghanaian musician cum lowkey comedian,  Pappy Kojo who was at the OccupyJulorbiHouse protest has revealed his purpose for going there.

Speaking to a TV3 news reporter, Pappy Kojo revealed that he went there to chase after pretty women and not to protest.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian police authorities obstructed protesters from reaching the Jubilee House on the second day of the Occupy Julorbi House demonstration.

Hundreds of demonstrators, who had gathered at the 37 lorry station to march to the Jubilee House, have been prevented from proceeding further.

Protesters encountered a roadblock manned by police officers near the 37 Military Hospital. The police were equipped with SWAT gear and armored vehicles.

In response, demonstrators sat down on the road, effectively taking over the area while awaiting a resolution.

During the first day of the “Occupy Julorbi House” protest on Thursday, September 21, the police employed tactics to thwart the demonstration. Several protesters were arrested and detained at various police stations in the city. However, all 49 detainees were subsequently released on the same day.

The three-day “Occupy Julorbi House” protest, organized by the pressure group “Democracy Hub,” aims to urge the President and members of the Economic Management Team to address economic mismanagement and corruption issues in the government.

It also serves as a platform for citizens to voice their opposition to the proposed military intervention in Niger and other government policies and initiatives.
